3. Service Terms

3.1 Estimates & Quotations

All estimates and quotations provided are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
Prices may change based on further diagnostics and additional work required.
A formal quotation must be signed before any work begins.

3.2 Payment Terms

50% deposit is required before service begins unless otherwise agreed.
The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.
Late payments may result in interest charges or service delays.

3.3 Warranty & Service Guarantee

Our repairs and rebuilds come with a limited warranty based on the service type.
Warranty covers defects due to workmanship but does not cover:
✔ Damage from improper use or negligence.
✔ Unauthorized modifications.
✔ Normal wear and tear.
Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period, along with proof of service.

3.4 Cancellation & Refunds

Service cancellations must be requested before work begins for a full refund.
Once service has started, deposits are non-refundable unless an agreement is made.
Refunds will not be issued for completed services.
